My utopia would probably be a Halloween like place, it'd be based on my favorite holiday and my favorite movie. Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas. the rules would probably be, scream to your hearts content, if you are the faintest of heart do not come, your house must be decorated, and you must love candy, or enjoy it. The rulers would probably be Jack Skelington and Sally Skelington. And I do supose the national colors would be black and orange. I do believe.
You have to recycle. because it will make the world cleaner better to live in. I will also kill everyone who vandilises the utopia at all. so after i kill one person no one else will ever vandilize.
If i were a creator of utopia i would make a law that anyone who killed, stole, drank, smoked, took illegal drugs, took tobacco, etc. would be tried and if guilty sent to jail. If they were innocent I would still want them to be watched just in case. :)
Some of my laws would be that nobody could abuse animals. I LOVE ANIMALS! Also,There would be no cutting down trees in a special part of the forest so that the trees would never run out. There would be no theifing or assassinations.
I make a rule that there was no predjudism. It is wrong and degrading. i would also make a rule that there would be no just kiddings. If you say something mean and say just jk, does it make it right to say it? My last rule would be if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all. I heard that a Jr. high student hears over 500 bad things said to them a day compared to 200 good things. What are you going to remember the bad or good things?
If I could create a perfect world for my self and other people around me I would have some of my laws be no drinking, no smoking, no doing drugs, no killing. Things that would happen to them would be they would be kicked out of this town forever, they would be put in jail for a time of at the very, very least five years, get tortured and possibly killed.

So some problems are, they ran out of seaweed to fast but that was solved by learning how to eat different foods. Another is the sparks and glitter was all falling off the buildings, and diamonds were mysteriously disapearing, but we found out that it was just the pirates and we got it all back.
My laws are that everyone gets what they want except the bad people because they go to the Rebel Islands and kill each other because they're so bad. And everything is fair! There is world peace and all that jazz.

The laws that I would have in Mermaidia would be, that no one can leave our civilization or else they would be banned forever from the island, One of the problems would be that the sparkles started falling off and the diamonds started mysteriously dissapearing. Another problem would be that they started to run out of sea weed to cook and make clothes with.
Utopia is a place where everyone would live in harmony and peace - I think we all know that could never happen, but if it could, (and I was ruler of it) these are a few laws I would put into place... I would want there to be a place for everyone, a place they could be themselves, like their own little world. If everyone had a reason to be happy, had their own paradise, then maybe there could be harmony throughout us. If there were those that found that they didn't fit in anywhere (which I highly doubt would happen with me in control), then they would come and consult me personally, telling me their idea of their own 'paradise.' I would then put their ideas into consideration and decide whether their paradise could be made a reality. If so, I would make room so that they could be happy. If there are those little rebels that still persevere, then they would be sent to the outcast island called 'Rebel Island.' Here they could be as bad as they wanted to. The main law I think I would put into place, would be that everyone is equal. No one would be ranked based on how much money they earn (there is no money by the way) or by their talents, because when you think about it, you really can't compare two people - they'd cancel each other out with their differentialities (yet another one of my special words.) -No stealing. --No burning down or pillaging neighboring city's. --- If you would go against my will I would throw you into a dungeon. ---- Sunday would be a holy day and the day of rest.
